BU Associate (Immunology)

Location.: Athens, Greece

BU Associate will be responsible for:

  • the organization and coordination of promotional events in sales and marketing areas (DGM, Marketing Sponsorship, Type B events, Webinars etc.) in close collaboration with Promo Events owners (Brand Managers, Sales Managers)
    • Responsibility refers to the execution of the process steps that are feasible from internal processes and policies perspective, as per the Working Instructions developed, for the above types promotional events, including iConnect process management, contract management, logistics etc. (business owners are the accountable for the events in scope)
  • the administrative processes and management of promotional materials of Immunology promoted Brands which are managed through the IMR process, including EOF submissions.
    • Assists/ Cooperates with Brand Managers (BMs) and respective business owners’ colleagues of above materials to ensure that all the required processes are applied with the most compliant way
  • the PR/PO process for the BU Immunology. Acts as an interface between the organization’s business owners, the Procurement to Pay HUB and Global Business Services, to ensure that PO/PR processing is managed in a smooth manner. Responsible for the opening of new vendors in Cornerstone platform
  • Coordinates from A-Z the on and off-site internal events of BU from an administrative point of view. That includes internal coordination with business owners, contacts with external vendors, iConnect steps management as per the Working Instructions, booking of rooms/venues & catering, travel and logistics arrangements and any kind of other administrative support needed

Education & Experience (required):

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Marketing Assistant roles, in supporting and organizing events and payments will be an asset
  • Knowledge of platforms (iMR, Ariba, iConnect, e-marketplace, etc)
  • Excellent use of English language and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and time management
  • Collaboration & team player
  • Ideally very good knowledge of applicable internal procedures and policies

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€25,400.00 - €40,940.00
