Purpose of the role
To meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the geographic area, delivering outstanding business results and develop catheter utilisation in Electrophysiology to gain market share and to achieve sales targets aligned with the business plan.
What to expect:
Coordinate EP Franchise BU and manage Technical Specialist & CAS, EP executive Specialist assistant, Sales Manager North Greece & Marketing.
To develop innovative activities to achieve Sales Targets and to allow the franchise to gain market share and differentiate from competition.
Build strong business plans with Account Managers, using expert knowledge of the customers and marketplace challenges.
Manage and lead distributors of EP in Greece and Cyprus.
Execute GR strategic imperatives, aligned with global, EMEA, and European strategic direction
Implement global, EMEA, and European pricing policies and commercial strategies across all accounts
Maintain and develop firm business relationships with KOLs and other strategically important clinical and economic stakeholders
Develop specific clinical programs with key customers to provide added value and drive sales from a non-direct approach.
Fully understand financial and non-financial objectives of the Greece business strategic plan, aligning this into an area business plan that is appropriately deployed at Account Manager level.
Development of pricing and commercial content for all tenders to ensure a best-in-class submission as well as ongoing management of tenders throughout their life cycle in conjunction with the Account Manager.
Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and strategies in the local market using market analysis results to develop local marketing and business plans.
Building and maintaining a highly effective team environment that encourages performance excellence, participation, personal and organisational growth.
Responsibility for recruitment, management, training & ongoing development of all team members
Plan & implement sales targets for individuals that will allow the region to meet its targets, with particular focus on key products & technologies that will drive future sales.
Develop talent pipeline for purposes of succession planning across the organisation.
Encourage and support individuals to develop and realise their full potential in the pursuit of territory and business objectives. Consistent local day to day coaching support.
Ensure effective coordination of sales & clinical activities for the area to meet the business objectives.
Reward team members to maximise sales growth.
Ongoing assessment of team to ensure they have the necessary skills & competencies to fulfil existing roles.
Collaborate with Marketing to manage congresses and exhibitions, to ensure an adequate representation of their key products.
Who are we looking for?
Degree level education in Scientific, Business, Life Science or Medical Areas
Extensive experience and excellent track record in sales and marketing (preferably in the MedTech sector)
Involvement in several assignments that demonstrate the development of key leadership skills, preferably projects lead on marketing and or commercial assignments.
Experience within Electrophysiology environment would be an advantage.
A team player and independent thinker with the ability to coach, guide and develop others to reach their potential, achieving business results.

€52,500.00 - €89,240.00Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
