We are searching for the best talent for the IM Transcend Global Delivery Leader role to be based in Beerse, Belgium; Cork, Ireland; Titusville, New Jersey, United States; or Zug, Switzerland.
Purpose
The Global Delivery Leader will provide end-to-end leadership for the business transformation and delivery stream of a multi-year global SAP S/4HANA implementation program. This leader will drive global deployment and business readiness across regions and functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, process standardization, and value realization.
As a key member of the IM Transcend Leadership Team, this individual will partner with business leaders, executive sponsors, technology teams, implementation partners, and functional stakeholders to enable successful delivery of a large-scale business transformation program.
IM Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative designed to modernize end-to-end digital capabilities by harmonizing technology platforms, standardizing core business processes across Commercial, R&D, Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver and Data, and enabling an integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4HANA environment.
You will be responsible for:
Program Leadership & Governance
Provide business leadership for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program in partnership with key transformation leaders.
Guide regional and local deployments to ensure alignment with global standards, governance, and operating models.
Drive strategic decision-making and execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
Planning & Execution
Own the integrated business deployment strategy across markets and business units.
Lead business readiness activities, including process design, scenario planning, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are understood, solution designs meet business needs, and deviations are appropriately assessed.
Ensure testing, training, and change management activities are effectively embedded within each deployment wave.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify and manage business risks, issues, and dependencies across functions and geographies.
Escalate critical decisions and providing transparent reporting to leadership and governance forums.
Drive disciplined execution to maintain program objectives and timelines.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key liaison between business leadership, global process owners, and implementation partners.
Build alignment across executive sponsors, governance bodies, and operational stakeholders.
Lead structured stakeholder engagement to drive adoption, readiness, and sustained business value.
Enterprise Leadership
Lead cross-program initiatives such as testing, cutover, hypercare, and continuous improvement activities.
Develop organizational capabilities and fostering collaboration across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions.
Build strong partnerships across the broader Johnson & Johnson ecosystem to support transformation success.
Qualifications / Requirements
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required
Minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, business transformation, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex global programs and teams.
Demonstrated track record delivering large-scale initiatives within an SAP environment.
Strong program management capabilities, including integrated planning, governance, risk management, and execution across multiple workstreams.
Experience leading enterprise-scale SAP implementations and deployments using Agile methodologies.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.
Exceptional communication skills with experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across geographies and diverse business functions.
Preferred
Advanced degree or MBA.
Professional certification such as PMP, APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence.
Strong customer and stakeholder focus with demonstrated success building trusted partnerships.
Other
Up to 25 - 50% domestic and international travel may be required.
This position follows Johnson & Johnson's hybrid work model and requires a minimum of three days per week on-site, with flexibility to work remotely for the remaining workdays in accordance with company policy.
