Job Duties: Drive global standardization within Pharma of ERP technology solutions in the scope of Supply Chain Finance technology solutions. Lead all aspects of platform governance, continuous improvement, and efficiencies across the ERP Supply Chain Finance scope, enabling strategic capabilities, human centered design, and platform integration across digital ecosystem. Oversee integrated solution designs supporting Financial flows across primary functions: Plan (integration with OMP); Make (specifically for IC toll manufacturing); Deliver / Logistics / Trade Sales; Tax; and Finance. Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for Intercompany requirements. Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency. Refine backlog by adding necessary technical features and epics. Assist Product Owners in prioritizing their backlogs, manage product / platform constraints, and resolve cross-team dependencies. Manage demand intake. Perform solution design and implementation of Intercompany capabilities for Pharma Supply Chain on the ERP platform and the integration with the ERP ecosystem. Drive business process standardization and strategies for ERP Intercompany flows, including Intercompany Sales and Toll Manufacturing. Drive selection of product / platform solution options, and assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing, and to balance tech debt. Manage the integrated build with the Engineering team to ensure the end-to-end build of a particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designed. Oversee planning and execution of Technical Testing. Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing. Continually measure capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges, and improvement within value stream(s).

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Product Sr. Manager Global Supply Chain Finance-related occupation.

Position requires experience with:

1. End-to-End Financial and Logistical (Controlling) Flows in multinational operations (Plan, Make, Deliver, Finance, Tax);

2. SAP-ERP integration across cross functional areas including Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, and System Integration with ERP ecosystem;

3. SAP implementations across Controlling functionalities including Product Costing, Material Ledger/Actual Costing, By product and joint product, Parallel Valuation (Legal, Group, and Profit Center valuations), Capital planning, budgeting and forecasting, Cost Centers, Cost Element Accounting, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Projects System, Manufacturing Cost Object Controlling, Results Analysis, and Variance analysis and reporting;

4. Multi-currency, cost accounting;

5. Finance areas including AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Fixed Assets;

6. End-to-end implementation of S/4 HANA involving manufacturing environment with controlling area including product costing, material ledger, account based copa, internal order, project system and finance areas including credit management (FSCM), AR, AP GL, Fixed Assets, contract & settlement management (rebates);

7. Global rollouts and upgrades of S/4 HANA;

8. Business Consolidation and profit in inventory, inter-company scenario;

9. Enhancement and project related activities including Demand prioritization and Value proposition – investment analysis;

10. SLA monitoring and adherence;

11. SAP middleware and add on tools integration with finance function including Travel & Expense (Concur), SAP ILM (data archiving and retention), DART, VIM, Vertex, SAC;

12. Cutover approach for finance requirement for S/4 HANA implementation;

13. Designing security role for finance role/personas for S/4 HANA implementation;

14. End-to-end business process linkages across cross functional areas including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, and Master Data;

15. Manufacturing industry, SOX, and compliance regulations;

16. Waterfall and Agile methodology; and

17. Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.

  • Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
  • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
