Purpose:

The Clinical Account Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical support and promoting Biosense Webster (BW) products among current and potential customers, developing professional education for end users, collaborating effectively with sales team members, and driving business growth across the assigned territory.


You will be responsible for:



  • Provide daily clinical and technical support during EP procedures, ensuring real-time guidance through mapping and ablation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to ensure smooth procedure flow.
  • Build deep expertise in arrhythmia and 3D mapping technologies.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and tailor solutions to clinical needs.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on customer education and development initiatives.
  • Support the long-term growth of EP centers across the assigned territory

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical, technical, biomedical, or related field preferred.
  • Readiness to work primarily in a hospital environment, approximately 90% of the time.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and excellent time management.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic clinical setting.
  • Previous cardiology or electrophysiology experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across a territory with multiple business clients.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to dynamic and changing market circumstances.
  • Fluent English, minimum B2 level, native level of Polish is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

zł114,000.00 - zł182,850.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
