DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Analyst, International Finance, located in Porto, Portugal
The Senior Analyst, International Finance supports global and regional finance teams by delivering accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights across international markets. This role plays a key part in enabling informed business decisions, supporting financial planning processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards. The position offers strong exposure to global operations and cross‑functional collaboration within a leading medical technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support international financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across assigned regions or markets.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior periods.
Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to provide financial insights that support business performance and decision‑making.
Support consolidation and reporting of international results, including currency impacts and regional performance trends.
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting standards.
Assist with internal and external audit requests and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
Experience and Skills
Required:
4–6 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
Foundational knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
Preferred:
Exposure to international or regional finance operations.
Other:
Language: English required and Portugese.
Travel: Limited; primarily domestic, as needed.

€42,100.00 - €67,505.00Benefits:
