Bids & Tender Pricing Lead Denmark
As the Bids & Tender Pricing Lead, you will be at the heart of our business—ensuring seamless tender execution, accurate pricing setup, and the smooth running of critical pricing tools and processes. You’ll work closely with the local commercial team while collaborating across Nordic and EMEA markets, giving you both local ownership and international exposure. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with operational excellence—and wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative MedTech environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities within the Bids & Tenders area at local country level.
- Perform local tender and contract management in accordance with applicable work instructions and processes.
- Support tender and contract activities throughout all phases of the procurement and contract lifecycle.
- Maintain close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient tender execution.
- Support continuous improvement of tender and contract workflows.
- Support the Nordic B&T organization as required.
- Act as the operational pricing point of contact for the local organization.
- Perform Access Management activities, including setup, maintenance, and validation of access-related pricing elements.
- Act as CPQ Operational Lead, ensuring correct daily usage, data accuracy, and coordination of issue resolution.
- Participate as an active member in relevant local, Nordic, and EMEA pricing forums with focus on operational alignment and follow-up.
- Act as Pricing Education Lead for the local commercial organization by providing practical training and hands-on support related to pricing tools and processes.
- Provide advanced operational support in pricing-related questions, deviations, and escalations linked to tenders and contracts.
- Coordinate operational activities related to pricing and contract systems such as CPQ, Contract Manager, and JDE.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, external regulations, and the J&J Credo.
Qualifications
- Education: secondary / post-secondary education or higher education degree combined with relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Danish
Experience, Skills & Competencies (Required)
- Solid experience within Bids & Tenders and operational Pricing activities.
- Hands-on experience working with pricing systems such as CPQ, Contract Manager, and/or JDE.
- Strong understanding of pricing execution, access management, and tender-related pricing flows.
- Ability to explain pricing tools and processes in a clear and practical manner to commercial stakeholders.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
