The Director FM Site Lead is responsible and accountable for FM hard and soft services for the IMSC BioCork manufacturing facility.
A suitable candidate for this role will have strong leadership & communication skills, relevant experience in a supply chain organization (e.g. engineering, maintenance, operations) and/or facilities management.
Key relationships include FM global functions, site functions (such as Engineering and Maintenance, Operations, ...), outsourced vendors management team, other JNJ departments (e.g., Quality, Finance, Finance, IT, HR, EHS, Employee Health and Wellbeing, and Procurement), and external regulating agencies.
You will be responsible for:
· Champion the delivery of standardized, high-quality FM hard and soft services in the site.
· Develop and manage the site team to deliver on quality, efficiency, budget, and EHS requirements.
· Drive integration and alignment across functions and outsourced providers to enable seamless service delivery and strategic execution.
· Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships between FM, GET, and site functions in general to align facilities strategy with business objectives and operational priorities.
· Own vendor relationships, ensuring performance, issue resolution
· Implement and maintain business continuity plans and infrastructure management programs.
· Provide strategic FM input into capital and operational projects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and site needs.
· Support Project teams on capital and infrastructure projects
· Financial management of Business Plan, and management of long-range financial planning, based on the Asset Risk and Compliance.
· Ensure regulatory compliance, proactively managing risk and maintaining audit readiness.
· Develop and implement strategies to improve facility performance and sustainability, ensuring consistent alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
· Own the integrity of FM data, ensuring accuracy to support performance metrics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Education:
· University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Science, or similar degree is required.
· Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or similar preferred.
Experience and skills:
· A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
· Strong relevant experience in facilities and/or supply chain (operations, engineering or maintenance function).
· Strong people leader and technical skills
· Experience with performance management, risk management, quality, safety, and compliance.
· Knowledge of facility & utility systems (e.g., chilled water, steam boilers, compressed air, emergency generators)
· Proven budget and financial skills
· Experience managing contractors
Other:
· Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
· Proven success in achieving project goals
· Knowledge of compliance in EHS, Factory Mutual, and other relevant regulatory standards
· Experience with sustainability and green building initiatives
· Ability to maintain both strategic and tactical focus

€104 000,00 - €179 515,00Benefits:
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
