Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend PMO Controlling! #LI-Hybrid

Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

Under the Global PMO office, you wll will work very closely with Finance, PMO, and business teams to turn financial data into clear insights that support decisions. In this role, you will help others understand performance, stay aligned on priorities, and act early on risks and /or opportunities. You’ll play an important part in driving clarity and improving how we plan, track, and report financial results in a fast paced transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with PMO, Finance, and business to align on financial goals and performance
  • Track Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) and explain key variances in a simple, actionable way
  • Spot risks and opportunities early and share clear recommendations with leadership
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and analysis to guide business decisions
  • Communicate financial information in a clear and consistent way across teams
  • Help to improve R&O financial processes, reporting, and governance
  • Use tools and data to simplify reporting and increase efficiency

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree in Business Administration, Finance is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required

  • At least 4 years of professional working experience
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, or variance analysis
  • Experience with tools such us Copilot and Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into significant insights
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Interest in using data and technology to improve reporting and efficiency

Preferred

  • Experience in project or transformation environments
  • Ability to handle several priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Focus on improving processes and ways of working

Ireland - The anticipated base pay range for this position is 63,300.00 EUR – 101,315.00 EUR
