Job Description Summary :
Established support individual contributor that executes tasks that are typically routine, with some deviation from standard practice. Provides support for internal teams in the Finance Business Partner function. Follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
Job Description:
- Supports project-related cost tracking, accruals, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial execution.
- Assists with month-end close activities related to project and operational costs.
- Prepares and inputs budget and forecast data into Anaplan, ensuring accuracy and alignment with provided assumptions
- Performs Intercompany cross charge in/out processing, including data preparation, posting, and reconciliation, in line with established guidance and procedures
- Supports coordination with Audit, Tax, and Compliance teams by preparing financial data and documentation.
- Prepares data to monitor financial performance against forecasts and strategic objectives
- Completes tasks for the support function of the Finance Business Partners unit, and follow administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Experience and Skills:
- Work experience: 4-6 years’ work experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Business level proficiency in English (verbal and written) and native fluency in Korean.
