The Sales Operations Supervisor supports DPS China sales performance by ensuring stable, compliant, and efficient operational execution across sales support processes, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination. The role acts as a key operational interface between sales teams, outsourced service providers, and internal functions, enabling sales leadership to focus on growth and customer engagement.
This role is execution‑focused with increasing emphasis on process discipline, data‑based insight, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Process Support
Collaborate with outsourced service providers to ensure reliable day‑to‑day sales operations support, including but not limited to: Sample management, Sales event and meeting support, Product complaint compensation processing, Hospital tendering support, Company chop / approval application processes
Monitor service quality, timeliness, and adherence to defined processes and controls
Act as the first point of contact to resolve routine operational issues impacting the sales teams
Reporting, Data Analysis & Compliance Monitoring
Analyze operational and process data and generate regular reports and dashboards for sales leadership
Monitor process performance, SLA adherence, and key control points; flag risks and deviations proactively
Ensure all sales operations activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and compliance standards
Support audits and internal reviews related to sales operations processes
Training & Capability Enablement
Deliver policy, process, and system training for sales teams
Support new joiner onboarding and orientation related to sales operations processes
Reinforce standard operating procedures to improve consistency and execution quality across regions and teams
Cross‑Functional Coordination & Process Improvement
Work independently with cross‑functional partners (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Compliance, Admin) to resolve complex operational issues
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities; support implementation of process optimization initiatives
Contribute to simplification, standardization, and efficiency improvements in DPS sales operations
Administrative & Ad‑Hoc Support
Provide operational and administrative support as required, including:
Company chop management
Inventory verification support
Logistical support for internal meetings and conferences
Support ad‑hoc projects and assignments assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in a multinational company
Prior experience in sales operations, business support, or commercial administration preferred
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in oral and written English
Strong PC skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Solid data analysis and problem‑solving abilities
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities
High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and operational ownership
