职位概述

本岗位聚焦运动医学赛道,统筹赛道对外临床专业教育、对内销售商业培训两大核心板块,同步支撑全骨科数字化学习平台运营工作,并承接全骨科领导力与通用商业能力培训落地。联动临床KOL、业务BU及人力团队搭建标准化课程体系,负责课程研发、落地执行、效果迭代全流程工作。

主要职责

一、运动医学专业教育与内部商业培训


1. 对外专业教育:长期维护运动医学领域KOL资源,跟进行业临床热点,搭建并更新专家资源数据库;负责运动医学临床学术分级课程体系规划与课程设计,覆盖手术实操、学术研讨、大体培训等模块;统筹培训立项申请、物料筹备、线上线下培训全流程落地执行。

2. 对内商业培训:对齐运动医学BU人员成长路径,搭建分层分级的销售赋能课程体系,完成产品知识、销售能力、客户沟通类课程的设计与课件开发。

3. 课程迭代与运营:建立学员反馈与培训效果评估机制,持续收集参训意见,输出课程优化建议、迭代课程质量;统一负责所有专业及商业培训的排期安排、人员组织、数据归档等常规运营执行工作。

二、数字化学习产品与平台运营

联动IT团队,配合参与内部学习平台、对外医师学术平台的功能规划与板块优化。能够将业务需求与学习需求转化为清晰的数字化学习产品规划及迭代路线图,以用户为中心优化整体学习体验;探索引入新型学习技术、数字化测评与验证机制,建立学习效果追踪闭环,保障培训内容有效落地与转化,同时负责平台日常内容上架、更新及各类基础运营事项。

三、全骨科领导力与通用商业能力培训落地

承接骨科部门统一的领导力、通用商业能力培训项目,与HR人才发展团队紧密协作;统筹全骨科范围内课程落地对接、参训人员组织、培训过程跟进及效果评估;配合团队完善通用领导力、商业能力课程体系建设,同步支撑高潜人才发展、一线销售人才专项项目落地执行。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历;

2. 五年及以上医疗器械行业学术教育、销售培训相关工作经验,具备骨科、关节、运动医学、创伤相关领域经验者优先;

3. 熟悉医疗器械线上、线下学术及培训项目执行流程,具备课程设计、活动落地、KOL对接维护经验;

4. 具备数字化学习产品思维,能够结合业务需求梳理学习产品规划、优化用户学习体验,熟悉线上学习测评与效果闭环管理者优先;

5. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调、项目运作与复盘能力,工作细致、条理清晰;

6. 熟练使用办公及线上学习工具,能够配合完成数字化课程及平台运营工作;

7. 有高潜人才、销售梯队人才培养项目落地经验者优先;

8. 具备良好的英文读写与沟通能力;

9. 对医疗教育、人才发展、学习与发展领域抱有高度热情与从业意愿。

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
