Johnson & Johnson Finance Corporate (JJFC), a Treasury division, is Johnson &Johnson’s captive leasing company providing guidance to all affiliates in support of credit decisions and to Affiliate Customers requiring innovative solutions to facilitate capital equipment purchase. JJFC funds and administers the Johnson & Johnson Corporate Fleet program across the United States and Europe.
The Senior Finance Analyst, Fleet Strategy, supports the financial strategy and governance of the JJFC Fleet model. This role partners closely with Category Procurement, Fleet Enablement and Operations, and other business stakeholders to provide high‑quality financial analysis, insights, and execution support across fleet initiatives including buy model optimization, data and reporting enhancements, and acquisitions/divestitures.
This role is suited for a highly analytical, detail‑oriented finance professional who is comfortable operating in a complex, evolving global environment and who can translate data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Global Fleet Strategy
- Provide analytical and execution support for global fleet strategy initiatives, including evolution and expansion of the JJFC Fleet model.
- Support financial analysis and business case development related to buy model optimization, fleet ways of working, market expansion and model scalability.
- Contribute to Fleet Reimagination initiatives, policy implementation, and go live readiness with a focus on EMEA.
- Support analysis related to the transition to Electric Vehicles (EVs) and evolving fleet strategies.
• Process Improvement
- Lead the EMEA Fleet CapEx forecast exercise and drive process refinements that strengthen forecast reliability and governance.
- Establish and maintain a strong forecast governance cadence (timelines, review forums, and approvals) to ensure timely inputs and decision-ready outputs.
- Monitor R&O by assessing active EMEA fleet CapEx commitments and flagging significant risks of variance versus the BP target.
- Ensure compliance is at the core of JJFC processes by documenting required control measures in JJFC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or other risk control matrices.
• Data Management & Reporting
- Support enhancement, standardization, and maintenance of fleet data and reporting in partnership with Procurement and Fleet Enablement.
- Assist in enabling the shift toward Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) based analytics and reporting.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis, ensure data accuracy and consistency, and improve reporting to strengthen governance and leadership visibility.
- Ensure all Fleet Intercompany agreements are fully signed on the ICD portal.
• Project Osprey & Other Acquisitions / Divestitures
- Provide financial and analytical support for Project Osprey (Ortho separation), with increasing involvement through 2026.
- Support fleet-related activities for acquisitions/divestitures by tracking and validating data, ensuring transition readiness, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain continuity, compliance, and accuracy.

Experience/Knowledge required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling, or transformation support roles.
- Experience partnering with Procurement, Operations, or shared service organizations preferred.
- Exposure to fleet, leasing, asset intensive, or intercompany business models is a plus.
- Experience supporting process improvement, data/reporting initiatives, or transformation projects.
