"Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.”

We are searching for the best talent for Experienced Talent Acquisition Analyst to support our Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica.


Purpose:
The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes’ business priorities. This position manages end‑to‑end recruitment activities, partners closely with hiring managers, and delivers a high‑quality candidate experience while ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency. The role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to workforce growth and capability building within a global MedTech organization and to gain exposure to diverse roles and stakeholders across the business.

You will be responsible for:
Manage full‑cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
Source and engage candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social platforms.
Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate documentation and data within recruiting systems and trackers.
Support recruitment reporting and metrics to track progress, efficiency, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and data‑privacy requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS

Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate‑engagement skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting in a regulated industry such as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques, employer branding, and market mapping.
Experience supporting regional or multinational recruitment activities.
Exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting practices.

Other:
Language: Fluent English required; Spanish proficiency preferred.
Travel: Minimal travel expected.
Certifications: HR or recruiting certifications preferred but not required.
