We are searching for the best talent for Senior Sales Manager, Colombia.

Purpose: Responsible for all sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as country budget. At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for managing a group of sales managers in the country.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the Surgery Business Unit sales operation in Colombia.
  • Coaching, leading and directing a High Performing Sales Team.
  • Building and maintaining long term favorable customer relationships with key decision makers.
  • Leadership and strategy for Tender and Account Management. Delivering and exceeding the agreed forecast budget and Business Plan.
  • Plan, develop and directs all aspects of surgery business in the country, in conjunction with the Cluster leadership team and in alignment with the business unit strategies, enabling customer service and satisfaction.
  • Formulates and communicates overall objectives, policies, and strategic and tactical plans for the sales team in alignment with geography, regional and global direction.
  • Ensure effective implementation and execution of strategies and plans to direct the growth of the Franchise in the Country, and to achieve both long-term and short-term objectives.
  • Deliver the sales strategy ensuring profitable growth in excess of market and competition in alignment to franchise strategy, defined by Business Unit Director.
  • Lead the overall definition and deployment of the commercial -go to market- strategy in the Country, partnering effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure business plans and objectives achievement.
  • Ensure an engaged team and work closely with his / her peers in the Franchise Team to ensure pipeline for critical positions, talent development and retention.
  • Execute of surgert marketing plans, to maximize brand profitability and market share.
  • Drive sustainable product portfolio growth and management of pricing strategies within specialty to drive positive price, volume and mix.
  • Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements and ensure adherence of all Countries operations with compliance standards.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics is required. Marketing degree is preferred.
  • Post graduate degree is preferred.
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in sales leading positions is required.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in Marketing or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience identifying and influencing stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment is required.
  • Advanced English fluency is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.
