Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Web Portfolio Lead – Asia Pacific is responsible for leading the delivery, localization, and ongoing evolution of Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s web presence across priority APAC markets—most notably Australia and New Zealand—while partnering closely with other priority markets, eg. South Korea, Japan, etc. to establish and integrate market experiences into a unified global web platform.
This role serves as the primary APAC portfolio owner for JNJMedTech.com, overseeing the transition to a new global web platform, brand system, and information architecture. The role ensures market needs are translated into scalable, compliant solutions while maintaining alignment to global product strategy, standards, and governance.
Reporting into Director, Global Web Portfolio & Delivery, this role balances local market enablement with global platform consistency, sequencing delivery, managing dependencies, and driving continuous optimization across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- APAC Web Portfolio Leadership
Own the APAC web portfolio roadmap, ensuring successful delivery and lifecycle management of MedTech web experiences across priority markets
Serve as the primary portfolio lead for Australia and New Zealand, managing site migration, platform transition, and brand/architecture adoption
Partner with Japan and South Korea market teams to establish, integrate, and scale experiences within the global platform model
Sequence market launches, enhancements, and migrations in alignment with global priorities and platform readiness
- Platform Transition, Integration & Lifecycle management
Lead market adoption of the new web platform, global brand system, and information architecture
Translate regional and market requirements into platform-ready inputs in partnership with Product Management, Content & Product Operations, and UX teams
Ensure all market implementations meet global standards for accessibility, compliance, performance, and security
Provide regular updates to local stakeholders on performance and priorities
- Cross-Functional & Market Partnership
Act as the primary web partner to APAC regional stakeholders and local market teams
Coordinate with Brand, Digital, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, and IT partners to ensure aligned delivery
Provide clarity to markets on priorities, timelines, dependencies, and delivery expectations
- Governance, Performance & Optimization
Ensure web experiences adhere to global governance, operational processes, and lifecycle standards
Monitor performance and quality across APAC web properties and identify optimization opportunities
Support data-driven decision making through collaboration with analytics and insights partners
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
8–10+ years experience in digital platform, web portfolio, or product delivery leadership roles
Experience leading multi-market or regional web portfolios in a global operating model
Proven experience managing platform migrations, brand transitions, or large-scale digital transformations
Strong understanding of enterprise CMS platforms, web governance, and localization at scale
Ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and complex stakeholder environments
Preferred:
Experience supporting Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and/or South Korea digital markets
Background in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries
Familiarity with agile delivery models and platform-based product organizations
