Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Director, Pricing within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). The preferred location for this opening is Raritan, NJ.
The Associate Director contributes to the development and implementation of global pricing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products, working closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment on pricing approach and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of global pricing strategies and policies
Lead pricing and payer research to inform pricing recommendations and positioning
Support development of pricing dossiers and evidence to enable access discussions
Partner with regional and local pricing teams to ensure pricing requirements are understood and incorporated into global strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing inputs across geographies and functions
Support preparation and review of pricing governance materials, ensuring data quality and alignment with established guardrails
Act as a key liaison with Regional Pricing and Global Market Access stakeholders
Develop and present pricing analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
Incorporate evolving global pricing and policy dynamics into analyses and decision-making
Leverage advanced analytics and digital tools to enhance efficiency and business impact
Capabilities & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
Minimum ~5 years of experience in pharmaceutical pricing or related areas
Experience in global or multi-country environments preferred
Understanding of payer markets and pricing strategy development preferred
Experience interacting with regulatory/government stakeholders across regions preferred
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Leadership & Skills
Strong communication skills with ability to clearly convey ideas and influence stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and build alignment across functions and geographies
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Additional Information
Travel up to ~15% (domestic and international)

$122,000.00 - $212,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
