The Manager, Data Management, Enablement, Analytics & Insights supports the execution and continuous improvement of data and analytics capabilities that enable an effective, risk‑based compliance global program. This role focuses on operational data management, analytics, and reporting that support key HCC activities such as transparency reporting, risk management, monitoring, and compliance decision‑making.
The Manager partners closely with HCC colleagues, Information Technology, Data & Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance data is accurate, timely, well‑governed, and actionable. This role plays an important part in strengthening data‑driven insights, enhancing compliance monitoring, and embedding “compliance by design” principles into U.S. processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support Global Health Care Compliance data management and analytics activities, ensuring reliable, high‑quality data is available to support compliance reporting, monitoring, and risk assessments.
Assist with sourcing, validation, and governance of compliance‑related data, including data related to healthcare professional interactions, third‑party relationships, and financial or transactional activity.
Develop, maintain, and deliver standard compliance reports, dashboards, and insights that support transparency reporting, risk monitoring, and decision‑making.
Partner with IT, data, and analytics teams to support enhancements to compliance tools, data pipelines, and reporting capabilities.
Support analytics and monitoring initiatives designed to identify potential compliance risks, trends, or control gaps.
Contribute to documentation of data standards, data definitions, and operating procedures to support consistency and audit readiness.
Support implementation of “compliance by design” principles by partnering on new systems, process changes, or enhancements that incorporate compliance data and control requirements.
Assist with issue resolution related to data quality, reporting discrepancies, or system‑related challenges.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and simplification to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Compliance, or a related field.
Preferred: Advanced degree or professional certification in Data Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
Experience and Skills
Required:
5–7 years of experience in data management, analytics, reporting, compliance operations, or related roles in a regulated environment.
Experience working with structured data, reporting tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with compliance, IT, data, and business teams.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, particularly related to data quality and controls.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience in healthcare compliance, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries.
Familiarity with compliance systems or tools supporting transparency reporting, risk management, or monitoring.
Exposure to data governance, data quality frameworks, or audit support activities.
Experience supporting automation, analytics enablement, or operational excellence initiatives.
Project management experience or formal training.
Other
Language: Fluency in English required.
Travel: Up to 10–15% domestic travel.
Certifications: Compliance, data analytics, information systems, or ethics‑related certifications preferred but not required.
The expected base pay range for this position is $102,000.00 to $153,000.00.
