Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Senior Manager, Transformations & Enablement, located in Bogotá Distrito Capital, Distrito Capital de Bogotá, Colombia.

This role plays a critical leadership position in shaping how transformation initiatives are delivered and adopted across the future-state DePuy Synthes organization. The Senior Manager will lead integrated transformation efforts that connect strategy with execution, ensuring teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale organizational change, partner with senior leadership, and drive meaningful business outcomes in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale transformation programs aligned to enterprise strategy and operational priorities.
• Drive transformation enablement across the organization, including change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Strategy & Portfolio leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Develop and implement structured change strategies to assess impacts, mitigate risks, and accelerate organizational readiness.
• Oversee enterprise communications strategies, ensuring clear, consistent, and audience-specific messaging across all levels of the organization.
• Define and deliver training and enablement plans to support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, feedback integration, and shared accountability for outcomes.
• Coordinate transformation support for acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business changes.
• Support leadership in managing external partners (e.g., vendors, advisors) to enhance transformation delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption, accelerate value realization, and strengthen alignment between strategy and execution.

Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Strategy, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:
• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation, change management, or business enablement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution plans and drive measurable outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience developing and implementing communication, training, and engagement strategies
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs in a global or matrixed organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess organizational impacts and risks
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences

Preferred:
• Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries
• Familiarity with organizational change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks)
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or divestiture-related transformations
• Experience partnering with external vendors, consultants, or advisory firms
• Strong project/program management background with ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience working in global teams and across multiple geographies
• Fluency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking

Other:

• Languages: Spanish and English proficiency required
• Travel: Approximately 20–30% (domestic and international)
• Certifications: Change management or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci) preferred

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
