Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for an HR Associate (Business Solutions) – EMEA role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.

Purpose:

The HR Associate (Business Solutions) professional plays a key role in supporting Human Resource operations and governance activities across the EMEA region while serving as a trusted partner to Business Unit HR (BUHR), local business leaders and stakeholders.

This role combines two core areas of responsibility:

1. Regional Support & Audit Coordination – providing operational support, guidance, and governance assistance to Business Unit HR (BUHR) across EMEA, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective execution of business processes.

2. Local Business Partnership – collaborating closely with local Business Unit HR (BUHR), business leaders, payroll and cross-functional partners to support strategic initiatives, resolve operational challenges, and drive business effectiveness in employee life cycle.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed international environment.

You will be responsible for:

Regional Support & Governance

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for our main stakeholders across the EMEA region, providing guidance, support, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate and support internal audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities across multiple countries.

  • Ensure adherence to global policies, local requirements, and established operational standards.

  • Monitor operational performance, identify risks or process gaps, and escalate issues when appropriate.

  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of documentation, procedures, and knowledge repositories.

  • Partner with regional stakeholders to drive consistency and standardization across business processes.

  • Track and support execution against agreed service levels, timelines, and quality standards.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with local managers and business partners to understand operational needs and business priorities.

  • Provide consultative support to leaders on processes, governance requirements, and business solutions.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between regional and local teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

  • Support business planning activities, organizational changes, and operational projects as required.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Participate and/or lead in regional and global projects, supporting implementation and change management activities.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices, process documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Drive initiatives that improve user experience, operational excellence, and business outcomes.

  • Support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, HR operations, business services, project coordination, audit/compliance, or a related function.

  • Experience working in a regional or multinational environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with Workday system – Advantage

  • Experience supporting EMEA operations or regional teams.

  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, audit, or risk management processes.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and matrix organizations.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization initiatives.

  • Strong project management and coordination capabilities.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.

  • Additional European language(s) are an advantage.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
