Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Commercial Quality senior Specialist - UK/ Ireland located in the Leeds distribution centre.
Job Overview:
Responsible for the execution of Commercial quality related processes in the UK Distribution centre.
Quality contact for operational activities on Distribution activities, including Loan kit, kit build and service.
Quality related matters and liaise with multiple Quality organizations to drive timely resolution of Quality related issues.
Completes quality systems activities at the Tingley distribution site.
Performs quality duties including maintenance of the corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and supplier systems.
Provides support for special quality projects.
Ensures and maintains a state of inspection readiness. Performs in various quality functional areas and maintain expertise.
Co-ordination of the warehouse temperature monitoring program
Involvement in the Managed Service warehouse
Supports the Distribution activities for the Ireland warehouse as applicable
Execute and own quality elements including non conformance, change control, complaints and CAPA.
Has thorough understanding of process criteria and regulations
Conducts investigations, collects data, analyses trend and prepares reports for assigned quality processes.
Assist in the hosting of site audits from regulatory bodies and internal groups.
Support continuous improvement activities within the distribution related activities
Required Experience
min 2 years' experience in Quality, Regulatory, or Compliance within a regulated environment.
Understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and business systems).
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience
Medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
Product complaints and field action management.
Audit, inspection, or regulatory assessment support.
Experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
