Position Description:
The DARZALEX® Product Director, Non-Personal Promotion & Omnichannel Strategy is responsible for developing and executing integrated customer engagement strategies that connect brand priorities with data-driven omnichannel activation. This leader serves as the strategic architect for non-personal promotion (NPP) and media across healthcare professionals (HCPs), advanced practice providers (APPs), patients, and caregivers, ensuring coordinated engagement throughout the customer journey.
Working across brand, analytics, agency, and customer experience teams, this role drives the design and implementation of innovative omnichannel programs that deliver personalized, measurable, and impactful customer experiences. The Product Director leads cross-functional teams to translate insights into action, optimize channel performance, and advance business objectives through best-in-class media and content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Media Executional Excellence – brand lead for strategic media planning, channel strategy, activation and investment across professional and consumer audiences, including HCP, APP, patient, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) engagement.
Media Innovation – lead innovation in customer experience by introducing emerging digital capabilities, media approaches, and engagement models.
AI-enabled engagement – champion AI adoption across the DARZALEX media plan to reduce agency costs, driving faster insights and enabling personalized patient experience.
Content Activation - translate customer insights into actionable communication strategies, partnering closely with brand content leaders, medical, and agency partners to create compelling customer-centric messaging strategies.
Content Excellence - Ensure content is personalized, channel-appropriate, and deployed at critical moments throughout the customer journey. Champion best practices in content orchestration, creative effectiveness, and omnichannel storytelling.
Cross-Functional Leadership - lead cross-functional omnichannel teams and facilitate agile ways of working across Brand Marketing, Strategic Insights & Analytics, Media Agencies of Record (AORs), Customer Experience, Digital, and Commercial Operations partners.
Analytics & Performance Optimization – work with internal and external partners to define success metrics and measurement frameworks, and monitor campaign performance and customer engagement trends to identify optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred:
People leadership experience
Experience in oncology
Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
