Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The Senior Manager, APAC Commercial Operations is responsible for deploying and driving execution of the Capital Planning Processes and systems to support the DS business in APAC. This includes the FOL, automated BOM and associated commercial systems. The role will also lead & support initiatives across the international business which develop new capabilities across the international markets for DS.

To support the development of & execute the commercial operations strategies for the APAC Orthopedics business
Deploy & continue to refine the design and execution of the FOL into the APAC markets.
Work with the supply chain & marketing teams to ensure we have the systems / processes in place to effectively manage the field assets & inventory of new and existing brands
Partner with Supply Chain and Finance within the region to drive our capital allocation process; support deployment of capital planning tools to ensure alignment of commercial revenue and capital planning
Work with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure APAC IBP output is fully aligned to our business objectives
Support marketing and supply chain teams on set configuration development to ensure optimal set configurations for supply execution and CAPEX efficiency
Ensure Health Care Compliance, Quality & Safety principles are championed and actively practiced at every level of the organization
