Wir suchen das beste Talent für die Position des/der Process Specialist (m/w/d) - PIN am Standort Schaffhausen, Schweiz.
Zweck
Sie unterstützen die Produktionsabteilungen durch die Leitung und Optimierung von Prozessen, treiben Verbesserungsinitiativen voran und stellen die wirksame Bearbeitung sowie Umsetzung qualitätsrelevanter Aktivitäten sicher.
Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
• Leiten und Unterstützen von Optimierungsprozessen in den Produktionsabteilungen
• Durchführen von Kostenreduzierungsprojekten (z. B. im Rahmen von JJPS)
• Durchführen von Mitarbeiterschulungen im Rahmen von Prozessoptimierungen und Produkteinführungen
• Mitgestaltung des Digitalisierungskonzepts sowie Unterstützung bei der Implementierung
• Identifikation von Verbesserungsprojekten innerhalb der Business Unit Parenterals und in übergreifenden Abteilungen
• Handhabung von Abweichungen sowie Leitung von Untersuchungen inkl. Definition und Umsetzung wirksamer CAPAs
• Koordination dokumentarischer Anpassungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem PPS-Team
• Tätigkeit als SME im Produktionsbereich (Sicherheitsverantwortung, Curve CAPA, HYPE und Complaints)
• Unterstützung bei Auditvorbereitungen (Housekeeping)
Ihr Qualifikationsportfolio & unsere Anforderungen
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, in den Life Sciences oder einer pharmarelevanten Naturwissenschaft
• 2 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Problemlösekompetenz
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Non-Conformance-Handling und Change-Control-Systemen
• Hervorragende organisatorische und planerische Fähigkeiten sowie starkes Prozessverständnis und hohe technische Affinität
• Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der stufengerechten Kommunikation in beiden Sprachen
• Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Partnerabteilungen, Geschäftsbereichen und externen Lieferanten
