J&J is recruiting for a Regional Security Director EMEA reporting to the Senior Director Global Security Operations and to be hired within the Global Security department.
Position Summary
The EMEA RSD develops security strategies throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa, implements global security policies and security programs to mitigate risks, responds to incidents, limit exposure to liability and creates secure working conditions for all employees and contractors, protecting sites, assets and products.
The RSD is a core member of the EMEA Crisis Management team and is responsible for initial crisis response and employee support.
The EMEA RSD leads the Global Security team consisting of 4 Subregional Security Leads in a direct line and 2 intel analysts and 1 Regional Security Technology Advisor in a strong dotted line.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Physical security strategy, security program, security policy development and implementation (20% Approximate Percentage of Time)
- Crisis response and employee support (30% Approximate Percentage of Time)
- Team Management (15% Approximate Percentage of Time)
- Investigations (10% Approximate Percentage of Time)
- Liaise with business leadership, specifically: Legal, HR, IT, Quality, Facilities, and other risk functions in the region (15% Approximate Percentage of Time)
- EC visit and high-profile events/meetings support (10% Approximate Percentage of Time)
Other Duties
- To utilize the Credo in developing security-related activities that will positively impact the protection of employees, visitors, facilities, assets and products.
- Prepare annual/semi-annual security threat/risk briefings for the regional business and risk function leadership.
- Establish liaison with local law enforcement agencies and external security committees/partnerships within the region.
- Support Physical Security initiatives and direct interaction with business partners in the manufacture, transportation, distribution and storage of Johnson & Johnson products and raw materials in EMEA to ensure that security standards are implemented.
Required Minimum Education: Master’s Degree . Criminology, Criminal Justice, Police Sciences, Security Management, Forensic Sciences/or related field is preferred.
Other: Professional certifications (CPP, PSP)
Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior corporate security position to include proven experience in crisis management, security risk management and investigations is required (preferably within Pharma, Medical Devices, Chemical, R&D)
Required Years of People Management Experience: 7 years

€119 200,00 - €204 355,00Benefits:
