Job Description:

As the team lead of the local immigration function within the Business Solutions Group (BSG) International Assignment & Local Immigration Services team, you will be at the forefront of managing immigration processes to support our employees' mobility needs. You will work closely with global partners, local authorities and vendors to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations while fostering a seamless experience for both employees and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of immigration processes, ensuring efficient management of work permits and visa validation.

  • Lead, guide and support a global team of local immigration specialists, ensuring timely follow-up with employees regarding signed documents and immigration requirements.

  • Maintain and update employee immigration records and documentation, both digitally and in physical files.

  • Lead efforts in organizing and streamlining immigration-related paperwork, capturing both e-signatures and wet signatures as necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate a smooth immigration process.

  • Represent Johnson & Johnson in dealings with local authorities on immigration and labor law matters.

  • Drive continuous process improvement in immigration operations and support HR administrative tasks as needed.

  • Your leadership will play a vital role in fostering a supportive and efficient immigration environment that aligns with our values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required (an educational background in Human Resources or Immigration Law is preferred).

  • A minimum of 4 years’ immigration/mobility experience or 4 years comparable HR experience is required.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience concentrated in a Global Services or Center of Excellence environment is a strong advantage.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ people leading experience is preferred (prior experience managing people in a global environment is a strong advantage).

  • Proficiency in HRIS database systems (i.e. Workday, Salesforce) preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed, team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated continuous learning mindset, openness to feedback, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent customer orientation and service skills.

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.

  • Fluent in English language.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
