Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Commercial Operations Specialist, located in Seoul, Korea.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Contract Management

  • Develop Customer Contract contents in coordination with relevant departments and set up a set of standardized Customer Contracts

  • Execute Customer communication and contracting activities

  • Review Customer Contract status and manage the entire lifecycle of contract

2. Contract Renewal

  • Lead a structured and standardized contract renewal process by clearly defining each stage, timeline ensuring full visibility and accountability throughout the cycle

  • Ensure updated terms or pricing are accurately reflected

3. Lead CDC (Channel Decision Committee) meetings

  • Conduct customer screening meetings in coordination with relevant departments

  • Share all latest updates related to distributors including new opening/termination/any changes in information and ensure clear follow-up actions

4. Channel Governance

  • Ensure proper channel governance by reviewing and approving requests

  • Drive improvements by streamlining workflows and maintain data accuracy across systems

Qualifications

  • +3 years of experience in channel/contract management and market intelligence, preferably in the healthcare industry but not must

  • Digital savviness including advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Outlook

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external contacts

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team-good communication skill both in English and Korean
