Job Description:

The Technology Product Manager (TPM) – Plan Analytics & AI Products is a technology leader responsible for shaping, and delivering analytics and AI products that enable the IM Supply Chain Plan function. This includes technology ownership of core capabilities such as the End-to-End Control Tower and Digital and AI solutions.

This role owns the technology product strategy, architecture alignment, and delivery of analytics and AI solutions, partnering closely with Business Product Owners to co-create product roadmaps and prioritize value delivery. The TPM ensures solutions are scalable, governed, and aligned with enterprise data platforms, AI architecture, and supply chain transformation objectives.

The role leads cross-functional squads and collaborates with Information Architects, Solution Architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade analytics and AI capabilities.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

Own the technology product capability for Plan Analytics & AI products (including Control Tower, OTIF etc.), defining vision, roadmap, and value realization in partnership with Business Product Owners

· Define and manage a consolidated technical product roadmap aligned to GPEX priorities and enterprise data & AI strategy

· Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI use cases, from ideation to deployment and scaling, ensuring adherence to SDLC, agile, and platform standards

· Drive the evolution of the Control Tower platform, enabling real-time visibility, predictive insights, and AI-driven decision support across the planning value chain

· Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data platforms (CDL/lakehouse), semantic models, and AI architecture

· Manage prioritization and dependencies across multiple analytics and AI initiatives, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and platform constraints

· Ensure governance, quality, and compliance by aligning with data governance, security, and enterprise architecture standards

· Lead and develop a small team and/or federated squads, providing clarity on priorities, delivery expectations, and technical direction

Other Duties :

· Strong business and financial acumen to align analytics and AI investments with measurable planning outcomes

· Ability to drive adoption of analytics and AI products across global supply chain planning teams

· Partner effectively across cross-functional teams including data, engineering, business, and external partners

· Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, complex digital transformation environments

· Strong communication and influencing skills to align senior stakeholders

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

· 8+ years of experience in technology product management, analytics, or AI domains

· 5+ years of experience in enterprise data platforms (lakehouse, pipelines, data products)

· Proven experience delivering analytics solutions at enterprise scale

· Experience with implementing AI solutions

· Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and analytics use cases

· Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile product environments

· Ability to translate business needs into end-to-end technical solutions

· Strong understanding of governance, data quality, and platform scalability principles

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$137,000.00 - $235,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
