This role is part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.
The I2C Senior Team Lead (Dispute Management) is accountable for end-to-end service delivery within the Invoice-to-Cash Dispute Management function as part of J&J Global Services Finance. The role provides operational leadership, ensuring timely and high-quality dispute resolution, managing escalations, and driving performance against key metrics. The position is also responsible for team capability development and performance management. This role reports to the I2C Manager or Senior Manager.

- Own and oversee end-to-end Dispute Management delivery across assigned portfolios.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes in line with SLAs and performance targets.
- Monitor and drive performance against key metrics (ex. dispute aging, resolution cycle time, backlog).
- Provide oversight and direction on complex, high-risk, and escalated disputes, ensuring appropriate resolution approaches are applied.
- Review and approve key dispute actions and transactions, including resolutions and adjustments, in line with delegated authority.

· Oversee the quality and completeness of root cause analysis and performance outputs, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
· Drive alignment of dispute resolution activities with cash flow objectives and past-due management priorities.

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related business discipline.
- CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
Experience & Background
· More than 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance, Invoice‑to‑Cash operations, , Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial Services.
- At least 4 years people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
· Strong background in Finance, AR processes, and compliance requirements.
· Exposure to end-to-end I2C processes (ex. Cash Application, Credit, Collections, Dispute Management), Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial Services.
· Experience in a shared service, BPO, or multinational environment is an advantage.
