EPM Sys Ops integrates multiple aspects of finance into a cohesive and creative approach including: building strategy and integrated roadmap, governing standard deployment technology, implementing planning and forecasting, portfolio management, data science and analytics, and run state/service management. The Senior Analyst will provide support for the Anaplan planning technology utilized by the teams in FP&A and the wider Finance community. This position will assist the Finance team by partnering with the users to research and resolve issues and escalate requests when necessary.
The Senior Analyst EPM Sys Ops role will also focus on aiding in the improvement of the user experience by partnering with other teams to implement enhancements based on the requirements of the user community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the FP&A user community by investigating issues with the Anaplan tool raised in Service Now through engagement with the users and technical teams as required.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned Anaplan models.
- Ensure data integrity between source systems and the global Anaplan tool.
- Collaborate with the technical teams and colleagues to identify and implement new capabilities to enhance the user experience.
- Prepare requirements and test scripts for system defects and enhancements.
- Execute test scripts for technical fixes and enhancements impacting Maintainers in Anaplan.
- Update documentation as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Systems/IT
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of one year Anaplan experience
- A minimum of three years Finance, IT, or related business experience
- Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new business software tools and applications
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic and agile team environment
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; advanced framing skills for presentation/communication at all levels for the organization
- Work well in a collaborative environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight timelines and follow through on directives
Preferred:
- Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder certification
- Familiarity with Service Now
- An MBA, CPA or CMA is a plus
