Position Overview
This role is responsible for the accurate administration and ongoing maintenance of customer and GPO agreements across commercial systems, ensuring pricing integrity, contractual compliance, and audit‑ready data at all times. Acting as a key operational anchor within Commercial Operations, the position translates contractual terms into reliable system records, controlled processes, and consistent reporting within Salesforce, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT, the role ensures that contract data is correctly set up, maintained, and validated, supporting downstream activities such as billing, reporting, audit readiness, and compliance monitoring. A strong focus is placed on disciplined system governance, timely updates to contract and membership data, and the prevention of data quality issues that could create commercial or compliance risk.
Through continuous monitoring, analysis, and process optimisation, the role strengthens the integrity of customer agreement administration, supports scalable commercial operations, and enables accurate execution of both routine contract activities and more complex sales scenarios, including new product launches and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support new product roll outs or strategic business initiatives by ensuring proper system setup, cross functional process creation, and assessment of impact on Contract operations and create processes or request automation to support those initiatives.
Oversee the integrity of the pricing process in connection with Customer Contracts.
Provide support to sales team for contracting or quote generation requests as needed.
Ensure that contract data being captured in SFDC is adequate and reportable.
Run reports to maintain data integrity of contract terms in SFDC and Oracle, support data report requests from sales or leadership, and reports to monitor company contracted compliance clauses.
Maintain contracted consignment inventory values in SFDC and ensure that contracts are executed for all consignment customers.
Conduct monthly and quarterly audits for Finance and Legal to comply with external auditor requirements as it relates to Commercial Operations functions as well as supporting audits required by Customer entities such as GPOs.
Create, maintain, and execute monthly analysis for GPO administration fees to administer accurate payments for GPO agreements.
Self-direct and prioritize incoming requests for contract analysis. Conduct analyses, develop conclusions & communicate recommendations to key stakeholders.
Maintain and update membership alignment in SFDC based on external data sets and recommend enhancements to scale for maintaining frequent changes.
Ensure that monthly membership lists are updated in a timely manner.
Recommend enhancements, provide user requirements, collaborate with IT, conduct user acceptance testing and train co-workers on software enhancements to improve operational efficiency and sales team access to data.
Create, monitor, support and manage commercial, contract and sales operations reports and dashboards in Excel, Salesforce, Oracle and PowerBI.
Work with Legal team to request amendments, new contracts and terminations for business needs such as new product launches, discontinuation of products, strategic business decisions that affect contracts.
Analyze contracts and interpret them as requested; alert management to risks related to contract compliance or legal risk.
Partner with different stakeholders to build and streamline commercial operations processes and ensure alignment across multiple different functions.
Engage in frequent interaction with sales, finance, and commercial operations teams to assist with questions, process improvements, and complex sales flows.
Contribute to various day-to-day activities and manage projects within the commercial operations team and other departments as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or MBA, or 8+ years of directly related work experience.
4+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical function creating data reports and analytics.
Fluent English required; proficiency in an additional EU language is a plus, with German preferred.
Strong background in a multi-disciplinary environment with the need for high flexibility.
Experience in medical device or other life sciences industry is a plus.
SFDC and/or Oracle experience.
Ability to analyze and interpret contracts and then communicate that to others in simple terms.
Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals
Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage ambiguity.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 39.800,00 EUR – 64.055,00 EUR.Benefits:
