This position requires a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate strong operational knowledge and support the MRC management of the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and compliant monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting in collaboration with Finance teams in multiple functions and locations.
Support on IP billing and intercompany process and work with external agency and TAX COE team to ensure the annual VAT exemption application is completed successfully.
Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's, internal policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance activities including internal/external audits.
Balance Sheet management – ensure accounts are properly monitored, risk areas are identified, and mitigation action is taken.
FX transaction statutory reporting
Bank reconciliation and updating bank information
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, master’s degree is a plus.
Fluent in Chinese and business level English.
Experience and Skills:
More than 5 years of accounting/controlling experience, preferably in a multinational company.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
