Job Description:

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate strong operational knowledge and support the MRC management of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and compliant monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting in collaboration with Finance teams in multiple functions and locations.

  • Support on IP billing and intercompany process and work with external agency and TAX COE team to ensure the annual VAT exemption application is completed successfully.

  • Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's, internal policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance activities including internal/external audits.

  • Balance Sheet management – ensure accounts are properly monitored, risk areas are identified, and mitigation action is taken.

  • FX transaction statutory reporting

  • Bank reconciliation and updating bank information

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, master’s degree is a plus.

  • Fluent in Chinese and business level English.

Experience and Skills:

  • More than 5 years of accounting/controlling experience, preferably in a multinational company.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
