TR Solutions Analyst
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Contract: Full Time, Hybrid
Position Summary
The TR Solutions Analyst supports the delivery of Total Rewards services, with a primary focus on benefits and leave administration. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant case resolution while delivering a positive employee and manager experience. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support statutory and company-provided benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Benefits Administration (Approx. 90%)
- Manage and resolve Total Rewards cases related to benefits and leave administration with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Proactively monitor cases to identify risks, delays, or quality issues and escalate when needed
- Ensure compliance with Total Rewards policies, processes, and applicable legislation
- Handle complex and confidential employee and manager inquiries
- Promote and support self-service solutions to improve resolution speed and customer experience
- Deliver services in line with agreed SLAs and performance metrics
- Benefits & Leave Administration
- Support delivery of statutory and company-provided benefits and leave programs
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure service delivery and adherence to agreements
- Support annual and special enrollment activities
- Participate in audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Support implementation and communication of changes to benefits programs or policies
- Identify and recommend operational process improvements
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge management resources
- Participate in Total Rewards cadence meetings and flag risks or market nuances
Projects & Continuous Improvement (Approx. 10%)
- Own assigned recurring activities (e.g. Year End, CBA-related activities)
- Support Total Rewards projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc compensation-related tasks as required
- Support benefits-related activities for acquisitions, divestitures, or restructures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Stakeholders
- Internal: Employees and Managers, Global Services teams, Corporate Total Rewards, BUHR partners
- External: Benefits and leave vendors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree education in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of relevant HR, Total Rewards, or benefits administration experience
English proficiency plus one additional local language as advantage.
Additional language skills are considered an advantage, particularly French or Nordic languages
Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
Basic knowledge of HR domains (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HRIS)
Experience with case and knowledge management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, SFDC)
Experience working with Workday
Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills
Analytical mindset with focus on accuracy and quality
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new HR systems
Continuous learning mindset and strong work ethic

Kč542,000.00 - Kč871,700.00Benefits:
