Role Overview
As an ESO Intern, you will work on real business topics that support strategic priorities in EMEA. You will gain exposure to regional decision-making, cross-country collaboration, and how different functions come together to deliver impact. This is not a “support-only” internship. You will contribute to projects, challenge thinking, and help simplify how we work. The internship can happen across any of the functions based on your profile.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your assignment, you will:
Support strategic projects (e.g., market insights, launch readiness, capability building)
Analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across countries and teams
Prepare materials for senior stakeholders and leadership discussions
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and markets

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to structure thinking and communicate clearly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo
Comfortable with the use of AI
Fluent in English C1 level

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€0,00 - €70 150,00Benefits:
