Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Professional Education Specialist, located in Seoul, Korea.
Key Responsibilities
1. ANA Planning Support
Support ANA data preparation and planning processes for Prof Ed activities
Consolidate BU input into ANA templates and timelines
Maintain consistency and accuracy of ANA-related documentation
2. Global / Regional Contact Point (Support Level)
Act as a working-level contact point with Global and Regional Prof Ed teams
Coordinate information exchange, materials, and alignment requests
Escalate key topics to the Prof Ed Lead as needed
3. Prof Ed Planning & Structure Support
Support annual Prof Ed planning through calendars, phasing, and tracking
Consolidate BU education plans for visibility and coordination
Maintain planning tools, templates, and planning discipline
4. Governance & Execution Readiness
Ensure programs follow agreed governance and compliance frameworks
Check documentation completeness and readiness prior to execution
Work closely with Prof Ed Coordinator on approvals and schedules
5. Global / Regional Contact Point (Support Level)
Act as a working-level contact point with Global and Regional Prof Ed teams
Coordinate information exchange, materials, and alignment requests
Escalate key topics to the Prof Ed Lead as needed
6. Digital & Platform Operations
Operate and maintain digital education platforms (e.g. JJI, online education tools)
Coordinate content uploads, updates, and basic usage tracking
Support digital or hybrid education formats upon request by the Prof Ed Lead
Qualifications
3+ years of experience of previously related to working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
Strong organizational skills and decision-making skills include accountability and ownership of programs
Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills, collaboration and teamwork
Proficient in English
