Purpose:
To provide administrative support to Planning team to PP&L.
You will be responsible for:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Perform purchasing clerical activities, MRO, and other materials in the operating system (EOne).
Perform 90 Days process of raw materials and other materials in the operating system (EOne), then follow up with source team for payment process.
Will support Buyer Team with TMEC & COO request to suppliers and then pass the information to Customs Department for the correct importation of the goods.
Will support all the related activities to maintain a high inventory accuracy.
Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Record Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and vendor if applicable.
Other responsibilities may be assigned, and not all responsibilities may be assigned.
Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
Approximate experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
0-2 Years of Experience.
Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
SAP knowledge is preferred
GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
Communication skills: oral and written.
Proficient in purchasing systems applications preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access are required.
Knowledge of EES MRP systems preferred.
