Being at Johnson & Johnson allows me to continuously learn. Every day is different. I meet new people all the time.

I wanted to do something I am passionate about. Johnson & Johnson gave me that opportunity. It’s a company where you can work for different segments and operating companies and get exposure to Johnson & Johnson as a whole healthcare company.

Johnson & Johnson provides products and services I’m proud of. That’s why I came here. From day one on the job, even at the most junior level, I knew my voice was being heard and that I could make a significant impact on the business.

In almost six years I have had six different responsibilities in categories as diverse as over-the-counter drugs, skin care, food and selling to the world’s largest retailer, without having to leave Johnson & Johnson.

I’ve had great mentors—great people who have taken an interest in my career and have given me some great opportunities and advice.

I feel that I have grown as a professional.
