o-ops are programs that allow you to immerse yourself in your area of interest. They’re learning and professional experience rolled into six months of full-time work and are perfect for gaining insight into functions like:
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated candidates at all levels who are passionate about bringing innovative ideas, products and services to life and advancing the health and well-being of people around the globe. We want to make a positive impact on the lives of people everywhere—and we need your help to do it. That's why, to be eligible, you must:
- Be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, depending on the co-op
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as leadership qualities
- Have the ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
