Role Overview
The role is a Quality Support Specialist acting as an established individual contributor within Operations. This position is responsible for executing routine quality-related tasks with limited supervision and supporting more complex activities when required. The role ensures that products and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements, while contributing to risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and compliance initiatives. The individual maintains strong communication with internal stakeholders and upholds high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and accountability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute quality processes and activities to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct and support nonconformance investigations, including CAPA and change control processes from initiation through completion.
- Review, update, and maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory, audit, and internal requirements.
- Monitor quality risks, escalate issues, and support implementation of mitigation actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform GEMBA walks to observe GMP adherence and ensure compliance on the production floor.
- Ensure timely completion of quality records and maintain compliant documentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, supporting both routine and complex administrative and quality-related tasks.
Requirements
- MBO-4 qualification with relevant experience (minimum 3 months).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, basic data analysis capability, and strong proficiency in business applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a high-quality mindset and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive, organized, and accountable, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and customers.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€38.300,00 - €61.410,00Benefits:
