The Manager, Business Outcomes Delivery will help drive the successful rollout and ongoing improvement of a translation management system that supports accurate, consistent, and timely translations at scale. In this role, you will work closely with business teams, language partners, and technology teams to turn business needs into practical solutions, improve translation processes, and support smooth adoption across users. Core Responsibilities
- Support the rollout, delivery, and maintenance of a translation management system.
- Help shape system priorities by turning business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Improve translation processes, including translation memory, dictionaries, terminology, and review workflows.
- Work with business users, subject matter experts, translation service partners, and technology teams to align on needs and solutions.
- Review current workflows to identify gaps, remove bottlenecks, and improve quality and efficiency.
- Support adoption of the system through learning sessions, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to projects, audits, inspections, and other cross-functional initiatives when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with generally 6–8 years of overall professional experience, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, translation operations, quality systems, or a related area.
- Hands-on experience with a translation management system, including translation memory, dictionaries, terminology, or system configuration.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with experience training, mentoring, or supporting peers.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or a master’s, PharmD, or PhD with 4–6 years of experience.
- 3–4+ years of experience in regulatory operations or another regulated environment.
- Project management certification or formal project management training.
- Experience with machine translation solutions, such as Language Weaver, or additional language skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
zł231,000.00 - zł399,050.00Benefits:
