Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) organization supporting the businesses of Johnson & Johnson employs more than 2000 employees in key service centers across the globe in Human Resources, Finance and Procurement.
Core responsibilities include:
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating pre-close meetings, quarterly balance sheet reviews, and financial statement reviews for Finance Director (FD)
- Budget vs Actuals creation, alignment and coordination for commentary and approval
- Responsible for approving the " actuals" submission
- Analyse financial statements to ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of numbers.
- Face of GS and Accounting Lead for actuals (US GAAP); be the connection between Business Unit Finance(BUF) and GS Account to Report (A2R) Process teams
- Influence and work closely with BUF, and A2R teams on joint goals and objectives Lead/participate in GS process improvement and other global/local projects
- Provide support to resolve complex or aged A2R issues (US GAAP)
- For CFM processes, ensure SOX complience is followed in order to achieve " adequate" internal and external audit ratings; Identify and quantify financial and operational risks and opportunities.
- Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
Preferred qualified accountant or an international qualified accountant equivalent or/and with a minimum of 5 years post qualified financial experience
Languages:
Fluent English, confidence in presenting to Senior Management in English
Experience Required:
5 years job experience in different Finance Functions
US GAAP reporting experience
