What is the commercial leadership program at J&J?
The Commercial Leadership Development Program is a full-time, multi-year learning journey. Gain the broad business perspective, hands-on experience and cross-functional relationships needed to grow into a strategic leader. Along the way, learn from visionaries and experienced mentors who will challenge, support and inspire your development.
- Rotational program consisting of diverse experiences across the commercial organization, designed to drive individual development and build strong leadership skills
- Allows participants to build strong relationships across the organization, demonstrating the potential to excel as a strategic business leader
- Broad-based enterprise experience and collaboration across teams and functions: in-line brand marketing, sales, customer insights, global commercial strategy, market access and more
- Placement in a key commercial role upon successful completion of the rotational program

What are the application requirements?
The program is designed for early career professionals who are currently pursuing or have recently received MBAs, and have:
- A minimum four years of work experience prior to business school
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- A track record of strong academic achievement
- Experience in healthcare, marketing, sales, business analytics or management consulting in a healthcare-related field preferred
- An academic concentration in healthcare management preferred

Commercial leadership internship also available
This is a 12-week internship that runs from May through August.
