What is the Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program?
Build the knowledge, experience and leadership capabilities needed to support critical clinical trial management across the complete development lifecycle. Through immersive learning and formal mentorship, the program develops fluency in pharmaceutical development, global clinical standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements while strengthening the ability to contribute to start-up, execution, and closeout activities with patient safety at the center.
- 12-month development experience
- Rotations across clinical trial assistant, site manager and local trial manager roles
- Preparation for positions at J&J based on business needs and qualifications
- Support from line management, mentors and professional networks
- Hands-on experiences that build technical knowledge and leadership skills
- Build transferrable capabilities in clinical operations, cross-functional collaboration, and trial management
What are the application requirements for the Global Clinical Operations Leadership Development Program?
No prior work experience is required, but you do need to meet the following requirements to be eligible for the program:
- Graduating no more than 12 months prior to the start date with a bachelor's or master's degree in health sciences or a related scientific field
- IT literacy relevant to corporate and clinical operations
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, leadership and negotiating skills
- Ability to collaborate and handle multiple priorities within a matrixed environment
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% during site manager rotation
