Build your skills in clinical operations

In this program, participants get to experience the day-to-day responsibilities of three key roles: clinical trial assistant, site manager and local trial manager. During this program, participants:

  • Complete two core rotations shadowing a site manager and local trial manager over one year 
  • Take on individual tasks within clinical studies 
  • Connect with other global trial associates around the world
  • Explore additional roles and build a network across J&J 
  • Contribute to projects that offer opportunities to stand out in their field

This program is available in Beerse, Belgium and Breda, Netherlands, with the possibility of working in offices and hospitals throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

What are the application requirements?

This one-year program is open to graduates or recent graduates with a master's degree in bioengineering, biomedical sciences, pharmacy or other relevant (medical related) sciences degree. 

Other requirements include:

  • Strong leadership with an innovative mindset and excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French preferred 

Programs open for application in January and start in July.
