This program is a structured, two‑year early career program designed to build technical and leadership capabilities through hands‑on experience, rotations and community-building across our technology services in EMEA. The program is offered in Ireland and Belgium.

What is the Technology Services Young Graduate Program at J&J?

This program is for people who have a passion for—and advanced knowledge of—leading and emerging technologies.

It includes opportunities to contribute in areas like: 

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Cybersecurity
  • Data (including data and decision science, data engineering and analytics)
  • Experience design
  • Full-stack engineering
  • Functional engineering (in support of supply chain processes) 
  • Product management
  • Software-connected health

What are the application requirements?

We're looking for candidates with a strategic mindset who possess exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have the ability to thrive in a highly complex, global work environment and take the initiative to set priorities and exceed goals.

Applications are accepted year-around. Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology sciences, engineering, mathematics or a related field received in the last three years 
  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Interest in learning and developing IT skills
