For more than 30 years, we’ve been the global market leader in the science and technology of cardiac arrhythmia treatment, working with thousands of electrophysiologists to identify and develop diagnostic and treatment tools. Through onsite training, online courses and our global education centers, we're setting new standards every day.

Two pathways to impact

Gain valuable experience in clinical settings, support physicians during cardiac ablation procedures and build your skills to advance within our Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) and Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) pathways. You’ll help patients with cardiac arrhythmia live the lives they want by delivering breakthrough medtech innovation. You can expect to build trusted partnerships with physicians, electrophysiologists, electrophysiology lab teams and other innovators.

We also offer an internship program in select locations, which is an excellent path to gain early exposure to the program before graduation.

Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) role

Already have experience in EP? Accelerate your career with the global market leader in the science and technology of cardiac arrhythmia treatment. Our clinical account specialist (CAS) program is designed for experienced EP professionals who want to take their careers to the next level. As a Clinical Account Specialist, you can provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP lab staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment during case procedures.

Who we're looking for

Our ideal candidates have strong technical skills, a strategic mindset and exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal capabilities. They should be able to thrive in highly complex, global work environments and enjoy taking initiative, setting priorities and tackling the toughest challenges.

ACAS requirements include (but are not limited to):

  • One of the following:
    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
    • An associate degree plus experience (one year of EP mapping)
    • Two years of related professional experience
    • U.S. military exit
  • Advanced-level computer skills and the ability to multitask without the direct oversight of manager
  • Ability to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements and the business landscape
  • Willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally and nationally, sometimes on short notice

CAS requirements include (but are not limited to):

  • One of the following:
    • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant professional work/military experience
    • A minimum of two years of clinical or technical work experience in a patient care or hospital environment, or completion of our ACAS training program
  • Ability to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardiac imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements and the business landscape
  • Willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally and nationally, sometimes on short notice
