We are searching for the best talent for Associate Regional Clinical Consultant.

Purpose: To provide clinical training and guidance to Impella customers, ensuring effective support and proctoring for clinicians as we train and commercialize sites in Europe. To be responsible for coordinating clinical support across a given territory coordinating with customers, EU marketing/sales, and Training organizations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Seek sales opportunities and drive business objectives within the defined territory and accounts.

  • Support the achievement of predefined business goals.

  • Maximize customer case support through efficient planning and scheduling, driving collaboration with other team members.

  • Establish and share best practices with sales and clinical/technical colleagues and internal partners, to develop and grow customer relationships within and beyond the Cath Lab/OR, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.

  • Improve patient outcomes through education and medical staff interaction. Visit all institutions where patients have been equipped with Impella products to collect clinically relevant data and communicate activities with other team members and sales counterparts.

  • Responsible for ongoing training at assigned accounts. Coordinate activities with sales counterparts. Manage customer education for new and existing accounts.

  • Arrange or assist in coordinating on-site clinical demos to educate all levels of the medical staff.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Successfully completed clinical or clinical-technical training, ideally as nurse(s) or cardio technician(s) / clinical perfusionist(s).

  • Several years of professional experience (at least 2-3) in direct patient care, for example in intensive care or nursing units, operating room or Cath Lab.

  • Persuasive demeanor and the ability to further develop and promote long-term customer relationships.

  • Good communication and presentation skills as well as teamwork skills.

  • High flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80% within the specified regions as well as readiness for emergency situations.

  • Dutch and English proficiency.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€45,100.00 - €72,910.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
