We are searching for the best talent for Principal Maintenance Scheduling Technician to be in Ciudad Juarez, Planta Independencia.

Purpose:

Responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance of production and/or building equipment. Participates in meetings with operations, manufacturing, and maintenance to anticipate and eliminate potential delays to the maintenance program by ensuring that resources necessary to complete work such as parts, tools, and/or available work permits.

You will be responsible for:

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

  • Carry out the additions or deletions of equipment in the preventive maintenance system through the required documentation.

  • Activation of the preventive maintenance program such as new equipment or transferred from other plants.

  • Make changes to the information on production and building equipment through the required documentation.

  • Develop a weekly program that includes preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and events (EM).

  • Ensures that all resources necessary to complete scheduled work, such as parts, tools, and/or permits, are available.

  • Participate in meetings with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to schedule maintenance activities during line stoppage opportunities.

  • Monitoring of Maintenance Work orders, starting mitigation or recovery activities if any order (Preventive or corrective) is delayed.

  • Responsible for organizing and distributing work orders through the CMMS Máximo system or manually when required.

  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining a file of the equipment, with information regarding repairs available to improve future repairs.

  • Generate weekly metrics to report: Percentage relationship between PM's CM's and emergencies, Cost of parts and time used in the execution of maintenance, % of use of the technicians, MTBF, MTTR, and others defined in the maintenance procedure.

  • Coordination with parts warehouse personnel to ensure the availability of the required spare parts (including kits).

  • Ensures that all work orders are completed and closed, and all work order information is saved in the CMMS or MAXIMO.

  • Reports the non-conformities found in the maintenance process and archives the information provided by the technicians, related to the documentation of the response to the non-conformities found.

  • Responsible for filing work orders, data sheets and reports of maintenance performed by external personnel.

  • Responsible for the management and administration of the CMMS maintenance system, MAXIMO for Ciudad Juarez in relation to maintenance planning tasks.

  • Support in resolving problems related to the execution of the work order process for maintenance within the CMMS or MAXIMO system.

  • Support in resolving problems related to malfunctions of mobile devices or the CMMS or MAXIMO system.

  • Support for changing assignments or resetting users or passwords for Mobile Devices or Maximo.

  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.

  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.
  • Is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance of production and/or building equipment.

  • Participates in meetings with operations, manufacturing, and maintenance to anticipate and eliminate possible delays to the maintenance program.

  • Ensure that the necessary resources are available to complete maintenance work.

  • Responsible for entering registrations, cancellations, and changes in the teams.

  • Responsible for the correct arrangement of equipment documentation.

  • Receives and approves criticality analysis and FMECA, fault codes.

  • Evaluate contents of maintenance routines and suggests changes to improve them.

  • Standardize routines for similar teams across the site.

  • Proposes and implements savings projects by reducing PM frequencies.

  • Work proactively with Manufacturing Engineers in carrying out FRACAS.

  • Directs team commissioning/decommissioning processes.

  • Generates macros in the systems to evaluate the integrity and reliability of the information.

  • Proactively participate in audits.

  • Generates reports and analyzes with the different functions.

  • Compliance with quality procedures, laws and regulations that apply.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Education: Completed technical career or truncated engineering career.
  • Job experience: More than 10 years of experience in Maintenance administration. Knowledge of CMMS; establishing PM routines. Knowledge of equipment reliability and failure analysis.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS

  • Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)/ISO preferably.
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation.
  • calibration procedures, and quality systems preferably.
  • Personal computer skills.
  • Knowledge of the Maximum System (Computerized System for the Management of
  • Maintenance).
  • Knowledge of Campus information systems preferably.
