We are looking for the best talent for Service Ops & Market Execution Lead LATAM

Purpose: The Service Operations & Market Execution Lead is responsible for supporting the Latin America S&OE execution capability across the Distribution Center (DC) network of 0-3 months. This role ensures consistent, timely, and exception-based execution across distribution operations to protect service and manage short-term operational constraints. It supports the coordination of execution decisions by connecting site operations, Customer Service, Deliver Planning interfaces, and partner functions. This role contributes to aligning execution priorities and helps ensure that DC operations operate in a coordinated and disciplined manner across Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute S&OE Governance: Support the Latin America S&OE operating model, ensuring consistent execution routines, escalation paths, and decision cadence.
  • Coordinate Short-Term Execution: Provide visibility of risks (service, inventory, capacity, backorders) and ensure alignment across sites and stakeholders.
  • Drive Decision Execution: Support trade-off discussions and ensure clear communication, tracking, and follow-through of decisions and actions.
  • Enable Customer & Market Alignment: Partner with Customer Service and site operations to support prioritization and maintain transparency of customer-impacting decisions.
  • Integrate Site Execution: Ensure alignment between site-level execution and regional governance, reinforcing consistency, accountability, and readiness.
  • Monitor Performance & Improvement: Track adherence to processes, identify recurring gaps, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Experience in supply chain operations, distribution, logistics, or customer service operations
  • Exposure to multi-site operations or network environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
